Norfolk 2010 Plan
Norfolk's 2010 Plan is represents visionary planning and continues with a comprehensive master plan to take Norfolk into the next decade. Major residential initiatives are already under way.

Chesapeake Bay - East Beach Project
Chesapeake Bay living makes it easy to come home to Norfolk with over 90 acres in East Beach being redeveloped with a new infrastructure, marinas and more.


Retail Growth

Norfolk's new housing initiative emphasizes improvement programs in several areas throughout the city for distinctive retail and commercial development. Principle corridors are growing and big box users are welcome.

University Research and Technology Parks
University Village at Old Dominion University, 75 acres for commercial and residential development highlighted by the constant Convocation Center.
