From Berkley to Ocean View, from Park Place to Five Points, the Norfolk Arts Commission presents and supports free programs that bring great art to Norfolk communities, and produces Arts Within Reach performances. Now in its eleventh season, Arts Within Reach is a special series of free performances, workshops, and demonstrations in neighborhoods throughout the City. Get to know local artists while you enjoy their talent and creativity in a relaxed atmosphere. You never need a reservation; simply show up five to 10 minutes before show time.
